Shipping Policy

Every Yuka Designs item is made to order. Our designs are drawn, metal-cut, and printed in-house in Staten Island, New York — nothing is dropshipped. Because each piece is produced for you individually, please allow a short production window before your order ships.

Processing time

Orders are typically produced and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Larger or custom orders may take a little longer; if so, we will let you know by email.

Shipping destinations, rates & delivery times

We ship within the United States and internationally. Shipping options, live rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay, based on your address and the carrier you choose. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Customs & import fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price or shipping charged at checkout.

Problems with your delivery

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us right away at contact@yuka.design and we will make it right. Please also see our Refund Policy for returns and exchanges.
